About SyncHouse MGMT
Welcome to SyncHouse MGMT — a songwriter management and non-exclusive licensing agency specialised in sync for TV, Film and Advertising.
Founded by multi-platinum songwriter, artist and producer Mo Brandis, SyncHouse offers a come-as-you-are home for producers, topliners and artists.
Recent placements include the trailer for Honey Don’t (directed by Ethan Coen; starring Margaret Qualley & Chris Evans) and theatrical trailer for Harold and the Purple Crayon (Zachary Levi & Zooey Deschanel), a trailer for CBS 60 Minutes, brand campaigns for GoPro, Target and John Frieda, the theme song for NBC’s TODAY Show (2 consecutive years), and TV series placements including Bel-Air, Hitmakers, Love Island USA and Love & WWE.
We represent a diverse global roster across multiple genres, developing music crafted specifically for sync and delivered at commercial release quality in production, songwriting and vocal performance.
Our catalog is one-stop and pre-cleared, built for frictionless placements and fast turnarounds.
SyncHouse MGMT launched in 2024 after Mo achieved Top 10 releases in 12 countries (incl. UK, US, Germany, Japan) and became a go-to writer/vocalist for publishers and agencies including Universal, Sony/ATV and BMG.
Our A&R team includes:
Ryan Bentley (former senior producer/mastering engineer, Universal Production Music)
Chi Thanh (Grammy-nominated songwriter/manager incl. Joplyn)
Jo Perry (manager/writer behind UK group Stooshe; multiple UK Top 5s)
- Dave Landers (UK producer/manager incl. Sonny Tennet)
Mo’s vision is to share years of sync experience and a trusted global network, enabling songwriters & artists to build sustainable, independent careers through passive income in an ever-shifting music landscape.
A large portion of SyncHouse’s earnings supports charity initiatives, including Mo’s family organisation Live, Love & Learn — Edget Children Center in Ethiopia.
